We link Odoo's master data, orders, stock levels and accounting data to the other systems in your workflow.

Estimated compensation
This estimate does not determine entitlement. No compensation is due if the carrier is responsible for exceeding the 90-minute allowance. The customer and loader are jointly and severally liable, with recourse between them against the party responsible. You can prove arrival using a satellite system or a second-generation smart tachograph (Article 4, Decree-Law 73/2025).

Assumption: 30% of hours spent on admin and information gathering (Salesforce, April 2025: 350 US technicians and tradespeople). The calculation assumes 21 working days a month. You enter the hourly cost.

What does Gitogi actually do?
We digitalise your business with Odoo — one system for sales, warehouse, accounting and operations — integrate AI where it adds value, and build the custom software you're missing. One partner for the whole digital side.
Do you only work with Odoo?
We are an Odoo Partner and use Odoo when you need a complete ERP. We start with the work you need to do: we connect your existing systems, build bespoke applications and automation, and add AI agents where useful. You retain the code, documentation and control.
What is an AI agent and what can it do in a business?
It is software that carries out task steps on its own: reading, comparing and drafting, then stopping for a person to review. For example, it reads a signed delivery note, finds the matching trip and drafts a record. You check and approve it. We design the use case with the people who will use it and define how to measure the outcome. Data is stored in the EU.
How do you help people adopt the new system?
We design with the people who will use the system and train them on site, by role, using real work: drivers, traffic office, warehouse, accounts and technicians. AIRA's Autonomy phase lasts 1-3 months and includes an internal playbook, documentation and coaching. We help you manage the new way of working: success is when you no longer need us.
Why Odoo and not another management system?
Odoo is an all-in-one ERP that brings your whole business together on one platform, with native Italian e-invoicing (FatturaPA/SdI). We are an Odoo Partner and configure it around your business processes.
How long does a project take, and how much does it cost?
It depends on the processes involved. We always start with a free call and a scoping session to give you clear timing and investment before we begin — no surprises. Some investments in digitalisation projects may be eligible for incentives (e.g. the 2026 hyper-depreciation for capital goods): we check it together with your accountant.
How do you integrate AI without risk?
We bring AI into your systems only where it truly helps: we start from a use case with a measurable result, build it with the people who will use it, and keep data in the EU. We don't replace people: we amplify their work.
Do you also build custom software?
Yes: applications, system integrations, automations and Odoo modules. We build only what's truly needed and hand over code, documentation and autonomy. The software stays yours.
Will we stay dependent on you?
No, and it's a deliberate choice: our goal is to make you autonomous. We hand over skills, documentation and a system your team can run. We don't claim expertise we don't have: if you need a lawyer or a DPO, we'll tell you.
