Ask questions in everyday language about procedures, policies, contracts and customer responses. AI retrieves information from your company documents and cites its sources so you can check the answers.
Typical engagement: 6-10 weeks. Output: AI KB with admin dashboard + integration with your existing systems.

AI Document Automation
Document templates populated with data from your workflow. Contracts, quotations and customer responses — AI prepares a draft for you to review before use. The aim is to reduce time spent per document; the scope of that saving depends on the process and is estimated during scoping.
Typical engagement: 4-8 weeks. Output: 5-10 active templates + integrated AI co-pilot + approval workflow.

Assistants connected to your business data and workflows: answering questions about orders, stock levels and case files, or preparing drafts for a person to review before use.

What we don't do (and why)
In the first scoping week we tell you our boundaries upfront. Better a quick "no" than a project that doesn't work.
We don't rebuild software that already works
If you have a working custom management system, we keep it. We add AI where it creates value. We don't redo from scratch to "modernize" — it's a waste of your resources.
We don't deploy AI on data we don't know the provenance of
Pre-deploy we map: who is the data controller, what are the legal bases, where is the data stored. Without these answers, we don't proceed. It's not bureaucracy — it's the difference between a deploy that survives an audit and one that doesn't.
We don't sell "generic AI"
We don't build "the AI chatbot" without knowing what purpose it actually serves. Every capability we integrate must have a measurable use case + success KPIs defined pre-engagement.
We don't make you dependent on us
Deploy always includes: complete technical documentation, code access (if custom), internal team training. We want you to be able to maintain without us. Our mission is your autonomy.

How long does an AI integration project take?
An AI integration project with Gitogi takes 4–12 weeks. The timeline depends on the systems involved and the condition of your data. The work includes testing with your data and technical documentation.

Will my business data leave my systems if I use AI?
That depends on how the integration is built and which systems receive the data. Gitogi processes data within the European Union, but that does not mean it stays within your own systems. Your project needs to establish what data is transferred, who receives it, how it is used and how long it is retained.

Do I need to replace my existing business software to use AI?
Not necessarily: Gitogi starts with the systems you already use. Whether an integration is feasible depends on the data those systems make available and how they can connect to other applications.

How do I know whether AI would actually help my business?
The way to assess AI is to test it on a specific task using your own business data. Gitogi includes this testing in its integration work. To judge the outcome, you need to define what would make the integration useful, such as removing a manual step or making information easier to find.

Who checks whether the AI's output is correct?
Responsibility for checking the output should sit with someone who understands the process and can assess the results. Gitogi includes testing with your data and technical documentation. The project needs to establish where human review is required and how errors should be handled.

The cost depends on your existing systems, your data and any industry-specific requirements. That is why Gitogi does not publish a price list for AI integration. Estimating the work starts with defining the task and the systems the AI needs to connect to.

EU-only stack, audit-ready
If the primary AI model fails, your data stays in the EU. Every AI system we deploy follows the same two-level setup as gitogi.com: Claude Sonnet first, with Mistral Large as backup. Both run through AWS Bedrock in the European Union, with Milan as the configured AWS region. If the backup also fails, the system returns an error. There is no third level and no data transfer outside the EU. When you need to establish which model produced a response, an audit record gives you a documented answer.
