Iterative development with weekly reviews. Integration with existing systems, activity logging and configuration of usage rules. Testing with your actual business data.
Weeks 7-8
Production deployment with monitoring. Support for the people using the system. Technical documentation to help you operate and maintain it.

An optional monthly retainer for support after deployment: ongoing monitoring, tuning and extensions. We agree changes based on how the system is used and what your workflows need.
In the first scoping week we tell you our boundaries upfront. Better a quick "no" than a project that doesn't work.
