AI should earn its place in your business
We connect AI to the work your business already does: handling orders, documents, customer enquiries and quotes. Then we measure what changes, including the work people still need to do.
What AI integration means in practice
AI integration connects a model to the systems and data behind an existing business activity. When someone uses a chat tool on their own, they copy the output into their work. With integration, that output feeds into the business process, where its effect can be measured.
Where Italian businesses stand
In 2025, 15.7% of Italian SMEs with 10 to 249 employees used at least one AI technology, compared with 7.7% the previous year. That share doubled in a year.
Only 8% of SMEs have an AI pilot or a structured project underway: 7% of small businesses and 15% of medium-sized businesses. Another 20% are considering starting one.
Italy's AI market was worth €1.8 billion in 2025, up 50% on the previous year. Of that market, 77% consisted of bespoke projects rather than off-the-shelf products.
The gap that matters
The 15.7% figure describes AI use; the 8% figure covers pilots or structured projects. They measure different things, but raise a practical question: how do you move from a colleague using an AI chat tool to a business with AI built into its work? You need measurable results, work that can be transferred to other departments and continuity when someone changes roles. We connect systems and processes to make that transition possible.
Where AI can help
Business chatbots
Answer customer questions, check orders, prepare support tickets and hand over to a person with the context already gathered.
Read moreAI agents
Handle a clearly defined task from start to finish, asking for approval at checkpoints agreed in advance.
AI assistants for company documents
Find answers in manuals, drawings, procedures and contracts, show the source document and respect the user's access permissions.
Voice agents
Handle specific tasks over the phone, such as bookings or order status enquiries, and transfer the call to a person when the conversation falls outside their scope.
AI for sales enquiries
Qualify and route incoming enquiries so your sales team can focus on conversations that need their attention.
AI adoption partner
We help you move from individual AI use to a business process: choosing where to start, how to measure results and who will maintain the system.
AI consulting for your project
Our consulting is part of the project: we assess what to build and follow through to a working system.
AI system security
We review what data leaves your business, who can access it and how to reduce the risk of someone manipulating the system's responses.
AI compliance
We use an inventory of your systems to clarify which AI Act obligations apply to your business, which do not, and what that means for transparency and deadlines.
Content generated from business data
Product data sheets, technical documentation and routine copy, generated from the data you already have instead of written from scratch each time.
AI agent marketplaces
We follow this developing market, where automated systems negotiate with one another. To judge its maturity, ask who is already using it.
Where we start
Start with the work
Which repetitive task costs your business the most? That is where we start to assess whether you need an agent, an assistant or no AI at all.
Use the systems you already have
If you already use an ERP system, that is where we connect AI to your data and processes. Our 21 pages on business processes explain the areas we cover.
Measure where you are today
How long does it take to answer a request? How often do you ask a customer for information they have already given you? We measure what happens today so we can assess what changes.
Tell us what you want to improve
Start with a task you would like to stop doing by hand. We will assess whether AI could help, and tell you if it is not the right fit.
