Keep track of enquiries from first contact to quote
We work with the enquiries your business already receives through its website, email, phone and messages. AI helps gather missing details and prepares a summary for your sales team. The system assigns each enquiry, prompts the person responsible to follow up and keeps a record of the outcome.
Where AI fits into B2B lead generation
Our role in B2B lead generation starts when an enquiry arrives. We use AI to gather information, help you assess whether the enquiry is a good fit and prepare it for your sales team. This is not an autonomous customer acquisition service: we do not sell campaigns or contact lists.
The problems to solve
Enquiries are scattered across channels
Website forms, emails, calls and messages: each person responds wherever they can. It becomes hard to see how many enquiries came in, who is handling them and which still need a reply.
Missing details hold up the next step
The enquiry leaves out the company name, quantities, timing or delivery address. Your salesperson has to ask for the basics before they can work out what to do next.
You lose track of what happened
Did an enquiry lead to a quote, turn out to be a poor fit or simply stall? Without a record of the outcome and the reason, you cannot see what works or where progress stops.
What we build
The details needed to qualify an enquiry
We agree with you which details matter: sector, quantity, timing and constraints. AI asks for what is missing, giving your salesperson the information to assess the enquiry without asking the same questions again.
Clear ownership and rules for handing over
Each enquiry has an owner and a deadline. If it is not picked up within the time you set, the system alerts the owner. We also agree when AI must hand the conversation over, including when it cannot clarify what the customer needs.
A clear brief for the follow-up call
Your salesperson has the enquiry, any available customer history and the outstanding questions in one place. That information stays available when someone else takes over the contact.
A record of the outcome and the reason
We set up the system to record the outcome and the reason: quote sent, poor fit or opportunity lost. Those records help you assess priorities, provided your team keeps them up to date.
What we do not do
We do not sell contact lists
We do not buy or resell contact lists, or build systems that collect addresses to message people who have never contacted you. We work with enquiries your business already receives.
We do not let AI pose as a person
When an automated system replies, we make that clear. We do not write messages designed to make someone believe they are talking to a person.
We do not promise revenue
We do not promise revenue based on the number of contacts collected or qualified. Handling enquiries well does not guarantee sales: what you sell, who you sell it to and your pricing all matter. We measure how enquiries are handled without turning those figures into revenue promises.
The work your team still needs to do
Selling remains your team's job. AI can prepare the information, but a complete record does not establish whether there is a sales opportunity. Someone still has to speak to the contact, assess the enquiry and handle the sales conversation.
Checking interest and fit
Your salesperson needs to establish whether the contact is genuinely interested, whether your offer meets their needs and whether the timing works. That takes a conversation. This remains the salesperson's responsibility; we do not delegate it to AI.
Setting sales priorities
AI gathers and organises information. Deciding which enquiries to follow up first remains a sales decision, shaped by margins, production capacity and commitments to existing customers.
Maintaining records and updating outcomes
Duplicate records, incorrect addresses and company name changes still need checking and correcting. AI does not remove that work: someone must maintain the data and update outcomes. That responsibility needs to be assigned, rather than left by default to the sales team.
What to measure
- How many enquiries do you receive each month, and through which channels?
- How many enquiries go more than twenty-four hours without a first reply?
- On average, how many details are still missing when a salesperson picks up an enquiry?
- How many enquiries lead to a quote, and how long does it take from receiving the enquiry to sending the quote?
- How many enquiries that do not lead to a quote have a recorded reason you can review?
Facts and sources
Only 21.1% of Italian SMEs use customer relationship management software, compared with 56.5% of large companies.
Article 50 of the AI Act has applied since 2 August 2026: people must be told when they are interacting directly with an AI system, unless this is obvious. This also applies to automated replies to sales enquiries, both on websites and on messaging channels.
Questions we often hear
- Will this bring in new leads?
- No. We work with enquiries your business already receives, helping you qualify, assign and follow them up. We do not sell campaigns, contact lists or autonomous customer acquisition systems.
- Do you need a CRM before starting?
- You need somewhere to record enquiries, assign them and track what happens next. If that is missing, we set it up as part of the work. There is little value in using AI to collect details you cannot then use.
- Does it work on WhatsApp?
- Yes. The same rules apply as on other channels: people know when an automated system is replying, and the details are stored where you manage your enquiries.
- Who writes the messages the customer receives?
- We develop them with you, and you approve the wording, tone and questions, including what must never be asked. We do not give the model permission to invent offers, commitments or delivery dates.
- How do you respect requests not to be contacted?
- The system replies to people who have contacted you. For other messages, we configure it to send only when consent has been recorded and can be withdrawn. Requests for no further contact must be recorded and respected across all channels.
- How can you tell whether it is working?
- We agree what to measure before starting, then assess how real enquiries are handled. A small number of enquiries is not enough for firm conclusions. We do not assume AI will match the results of a service delivered by people.
- Where does the contact data end up?
- The data is stored in your systems, and we agree the processing arrangements in the contract. On our own website, all model processing takes place on AWS Bedrock within the European Union. We use that as our starting point.
