Office work, starting with the job on site

At Gitogi Srl, we are building a service to handle office work for businesses working in the field. We are starting with regulated maintenance: water treatment, heating and air conditioning with F-gases, and fire protection. From the technician's account, sbrigo.io will prepare job reports, documents, paperwork, deadlines and invoices, all in draft for you to review and approve.

The technician describes
The technician will be able to describe the job by voice or in writing, from the van or at the customer's site. sbrigo.io will also work offline.
sbrigo.io prepares
From the technician's account, sbrigo.io will prepare the job report, documents, paperwork, deadlines and invoice: all in draft, ready for review.
You approve
You will review, correct and approve. sbrigo.io will never finalise anything on its own or send anything to third parties without your explicit approval.

A person decides

sbrigo.io will prepare each task up to the point before it is finalised. A person will always give the approval.

Your data stays yours

Customer data will belong to your business and stay in its own area. You can take it with you through a complete, documented export. No multi-year renewals without explicit agreement.

No surveillance

GPS off by default, enabled only when legal requirements are met, with its status always visible to the technician. No AI rankings or assessments of people.

Data in the European Union

Your data will stay in the EU, separate from other businesses' data. We will not train shared models on your data without your consent.

You will know when you are speaking to AI and will be able to switch to a person straight away.

Who we are building sbrigo.io for

If you send technicians to customers, sbrigo.io is designed for your business. We are starting with regulated maintenance, with a service open to all field work. It will work offline, in Italian, English and technicians' other languages. Data will be kept separate for each commissioning client.

Is it available yet?

No, sbrigo.io is in preparation: the software is still to be developed. You can apply with your business through the contact form.

Who decides?

Always a person. sbrigo.io will take the work up to the point before it is finalised. It will never finalise anything on its own: no rule will be able to replace your approval.

Is it for monitoring technicians?

No. GPS will be off by default, enabled only when legal requirements are met, with its status always visible to the technician. There will be no AI rankings or assessments of people: expertise stays with the business; each technician's career remains their own.

Whose data is it? Can I take it with me?

Customer data will belong to your business and stay in its own area. You will be able to take it with you through a complete, documented export. There will be no multi-year renewals without your explicit agreement.

What if I work for several clients, including competitors?

Each job will have its own commissioning client, with data kept separate. The service will identify both parties: your business as the one carrying out the work, and the client on whose behalf it is done.

How much will it cost?

Pricing is still to be defined: we will decide it based on pilot data. For now, we are collecting applications from interested businesses without asking for payment.
