AIRA Maturity Index v1.0
A measurable framework, not a survey. 4 dimensions × 5 levels.
We are building the AI Adoption benchmark for the Italian market: anonymised aggregate data from Gitogi users, segmented by sector and company size.
Four concrete and measurable dimensions. Five levels that speak the language of Italian quality systems (CMMI, ISO 9001:2015, COBIT).
How AI reduces time spent on compliance, drafting, document search, and repetitive daily tasks.
How AI enables new services, new clients, new business models — not just automating the past.
How AI improves end-customer service: response times, deliverable quality, cross-channel consistency.
How AI Adoption is governed, audited, documented — including AI Act Art. 4-12 + L. 132/2025.
We map each dimension (and the overall 0-100 score) to 5 CMM-style levels. Each level has concrete characteristics and identifiable next actions.
Score 0-19
AI as individual experimentation. No policy, no documented governance. Sporadic use cases by the most tech-savvy.
Score 20-39
First isolated use cases, ad-hoc training for some teams, embryonic policies. AI Adoption vision still to be formalized.
Score 40-59
Documented AI processes, AI policy in force, regular training. Governance present but not yet systematic.
Score 60-79
Tracked AI KPIs, active governance, working Art. 12 audit trail. AI integrated proactively into core processes.
Score 80-100
AI integrated across all core processes, continuous improvement, sector-leading position. Best-in-class.
Quarterly for pulse, annual for deep analysis.
From the first report onwards, each quarter we will publish period trends: level shifts, accelerating sectors, regulatory signals. Anonymised aggregate, segmented by sector × company size.
From the first report onwards, each January we will publish the annual AIRA Maturity Index Italy (~30-50 page PDF). State of the market, vertical sectors, forecasts and actionable recommendations.
Annual flagship report ~40 pages. Fill in the form to receive the PDF via email + permanent link. Data processing per GDPR Art. 6.1.a, revocable at any time.
The first annual AIRA Report will be published in Q1 2027. Sign up now to receive it as soon as available.
AIRA Maturity Index v1.0 is the first edition. Sample size grows over time: Q1 2027 numbers will be less robust than Q1 2028. We publish sample size + confidence interval for each segment. Minimum publication threshold: n≥30 per segment (k-anonymity threshold). Below threshold, data stays private. Transparency > volume.
